Recently Garrett came to my house to address a problem where furnace was not igniting properly. l He was very thorough in detecting what the issue was and correcting it. Recently moved into the area and got Martin's referred to us by a friend.  We needed maintenance, a new thermostat, and a few other items. In addition to the HVAC, the house has a humidifier and dehumidifier.  The tech, Garrett, did a great job, including explaining things so we understood how everything works. Got a new unit 3 years ago when our a/c went out during a 90 degree week.  They were awesome!  Then this past month the a/c blew hot air.  After a not so positive appointment with a technician, our A/c again blew hot air. They sent out Austen!  WOW.  Not only did the owner not charge us for the unfortunate experience, but then they sent out the rolls Royce of technicians to make sure it was actually going to get fixed correctly!   There was some damage to our wall from the last technician and Austen took pics of it so his manager John could see it and come up with a resolution.   These guys do what they say they will do. They stand by their work, and they fix issues if they arise.  I love a company that owns their mistakes and resolves them.  Don’t listen to the negative reviews.  These guys are the real deal.
